Code libraries
Prebuilt components
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

5. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party APIs, hosting, plugins, or services.

We are not responsible for:
Third-party downtime
Bugs in external services
Policy changes from those providers
Some third-party tools may require separate paid licenses.

6. Data & Privacy

We follow standard data protection practices.
Client and customer data will not be shared or misused.

7. Warranty & Liability Limitations

8. Cancellation Policy

Once the project begins, the client cannot cancel.
All payments made are non-refundable.
If the client discontinues, full project payment remains due.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Delhi, India unless specified otherwise.
